In this paper, a general expression for transformation coefficients between the symetry basis and physical basis of the many-quark system has been given. For tne channel with (TS) =(0l) of a six-quark system, the transformation coefficients have been calculated. Interpreting again the fractional-parentage expansions of symmetry basis, we pointed out that the fractional parentage coefficients are essentially the Clebsch-Gordon coefficients for the corresponding SU group.
