A careful analysis of EEG of a conscious humanbeing shows that apart from some regular frequencies there also exist noise-like acitivities which are indications of the chaotic states or strange attractors as the results of complex couplings among the oscillators in the neuronetworks. The conventional mathematical models of large scale neuronetworks, i.e. considering only excitatory and inhibitory neurons do not lead to chaos but to some stationary states or limiting cycles. We Propose a new mathematical model, besides the fast electric activities of the excitatory and inhibitory neurons, containing also the modulation actions of neurological cells. This new model shows the chaotic behaviors. As we know, the appearance of strange attractors means that the system possesses some Lyayunov Exponents with positive real parts, which are the information sources. On the ground of this finding we try to give a neuroglia modulation hypothesis of human conscious mind formation.
