    The present work attempts to connect Simmons and Taylor's theory of steady state photoconductivity with Rose model of sensitization. A generalized formula of photoconductivity for a system with several recombination centres is given. An iteration procedure is suggested to solve the related rate equations. Using this formula and combining the particular energy band model of a-Si:H, the following result is obtained: when two types of recombination centres in the material exist and the electron capture coefficient for a centre of the second type is much smaller than that of the first type, and when the state density of the former is greater than that of the latter, the free electron Lifetime will be greatly increased, therefore, the material will be sensitized. This theoretical result is consistent with that of the Rose model .The dependence of the photocurrent on temperature and incident photon flux are also given. Comparisons with the experimental results on hydrogenated amorphous silicon are made.

    In this paper,a statistical model is proposed for a nonlinear system in which two kinds of interacting modes coexist. By using Direct Interaction Approximation, the simplified equations are derived for the correlation functions and the response functions in a randomcoupling model.

    In this paper, it is shown that the cohomlogy of generalized secondary classes, the Faddeev type cohomology and the generalized gauge transformation can be easily obtained by expanding the Chern form according to the degree of the forms in its submanifolds and using the closed property of the Chern form. It is also shown that a θ-vacuum term in the effective Lagrangian arises when gauge field in the group manifold is present.

    In this paper, the logarithmic perturbation expansions for the central potential are studied in details. Perturbation expansions of various orders of the perturbing potential of any order are treated. The unified recurrent formulas of corrections of various orders for the energies and wavefunctions of the ground state and low-lying excited states are given. The formulas for nodal positions of the wave-functions of the excited states are also given.

    In this paper, we showed that the eigenvalues of two-dimensional angular momentum of a particle with charge a are integer valued. The problems of a Dirac particle in a field of vortex were discussed. When the vortex tends-to string, we found that the system admits of the existence of θ vacua. For massless fermions, a change in θ is equivalent to a Γs rotation, while the physical result is independent of θ. For massive fermions, CP invariance is broken except for θ=0,π; and the system exhibits the Witten effect.

    All the effects including bound neutron wavefunction, short range correlation and proton distortion on the angular distribution of 3He(P,π+)4He have been studied. A rather good result has been achieved.

    The influence of randomness in layer thicknesses in a blmetallic layered system, i.e., of randomness in the "modulation period" of a,bimetallic "superlattice" on its electronic structure is studied in terms of a simple model in the coherent potential approximation (CPA).Numerical examples are presented for illustration.

    The influence of randomness in layer thickness in a bimetallic Layered system, i.e., of randomness in the "modulation period" of a bimetallic "superlattice", on its electronic structure is more exactly studied by means of the infinite order perturbation theory of Wu and his collaborators. Numerical results for the electronic densities of states agree excellently with that from Monte Carlo similation.
