    Balance equations are established for steadystate nonlinear electronic transport in the presence of an electric field in a type-Ⅱ superlattice, which is modelled by periodically arranged electron-hole bi-layers of finite thickness. Both carrier-phonon and carrier-impurity scatterings,as well as electron-hole interaction, are taken into account. The approach is also extended to the discussion of high-frequency linear transport of the system. The general equations-for determining the current density are obtained and the explicit expressions for complex dynarnical resistivity due to electron-hole coupling are given.

    The phase equilibrium of nuclear matter is studied thermodynamicallylat zero temperature. The equation of state obtained from the Thomas-Fermi model of Seyler-Blanchard shows that there are two kinds of states of the nuclear matter: gas and liquid. pure neutron matter is always in a gas phase.For the nuclear matter with two semi-infinite half spaces in contact at a plane boundary,the phase equilibrium is studied in three cases.Our calculation gives the neutron drip point δND=0.305 and the proton drip point δPD=0.678.The phase equilibrium is possible between two nuclear matter systems up to δC~0.89 where the system becomes homogeneous.

    The comnactification of the D=10 E8 × E8 field theory limit of superstring to the D=4 SU3 × SU2 × U1 standard model is investigated by means of the scheme developed by Manton, Forgacs and Chapline.

    On the basis the technique of performing integration within ordered product proposed in our previous paper[1] and Schwinger boson representation for angular momentum, we derive new normal duct forms for coset element Rθφ≡exp[-iθ(Jxsinφ-Jycosφ)] of SD(2) group and their product Rθ,φ, Rθφ as well as some new operator identities which are useful in studying atomic coherent state.This new formulation provides the possibility of making use of the Glauber coherent state to find new properties of atomic system.

    We discuss various CP violation effects of neutral B mesons within the framework of the standard model.We classify 28 hadronic two-body decay channels of neutral B mesons into four classes,each of them has different CP violation effects, that is,CP violation due to phase dif- ference between mixing elements M12 and Г12; due to that between mixing elements and decay amplitudes; due to CP phase in the pure particle decay amplitudes and the interplay of these sources .Cascade decays of these channels are also discussed where copious interference is taken into account .Results are given in re- phasing invariants of the K-M matrix .It is shown that CP violation effects might be large(tHe largest,10-1,but the CP asymmetry event branching cross section is small,at the order or approximate 10-5±1/2.

    It is conjectured and shown by means of the screening Casimir effective couplings among fer-mions that,the four-fermivn condensates<(ff)2> formed through the SU(N).hypercolor gauge interac-tions,in geneial,may always have two forming paths which respectively correspond to different mass scales, and only for some special SU(N) representations of the fermions f the condensates have one mass scale or no four-fermion condensate could be formed.

    The problem of electron acceleration by a localized,high frequency electric field has been further investigated by using single particle orbit computations and the resonant field. The computational results obtained can give a better explanation to the phenomena observed in experiments and in particle simulations,it indicates that,the Localized field occurring in resonant absorption behaves more Like a travelling wave, and the resonance of the field with electrons in the critical density region can account for the generation of energetic electrons.

    We examined the self-gravitation-dominant thin accretion disk and its stability. A self-consistent outer disk model for quasar is given. We derive the instability of the self-gravita-tion in the region dominated by the self-gravita-tion.It can explain satisfactorily the optrical violent variations in this kind of the quasar.

    The equations of state for a perfect bosonic gas in Kaluza-Klein universe M4 × SD have bean studied.We have derived out the variation of density, pressure and entropy density of the gas as the functions of the temperature T and the scale factor of the extra subspace R2.A rapid change of the behavior of the gas is found to happen while R2T is about one. A dynamical model shows that provided the dimension D of extra subspace is not too small,the gas behaves till the end of inflation stage the gas behaves till the end of inflation stage as an ordinary gas in M4+D rather than that in M4 as usually expected.
