    The one-dimensional optimal system for the Lie symmetry group of the (2+1)-dimensional Wu-Zhang equation is constructed by the general and systematic approach. Based on the optimal system, the complete and inequivalent symmetry reduction systems are presented in the form of table. It is noteworthy that a new Painlevé integrable equation with constant coefficient is in the table besides the classic Boussinesq equation and the steady case of the Wu-Zhang equation.

    We introduce conformable fractional Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method by means of conformable fractional derivative which is the most natural definition in non-integer calculus. Since, NU method gives exact eigenstate solutions of Schrödinger equation (SE) for certain potentials in quantum mechanics, this method is carried into the domain of fractional calculus to obtain the solutions of fractional SE. In order to demonstrate the applicability of the conformable fractional NU method, we solve fractional SE for harmonic oscillator potential, Woods-Saxon potential, and Hulthen potential.

    The axiomatization of physical theories is a fundamental issue of science. The first-order axiomatic system SpecRel for special relativity proposed recently by Andréka et al. is not enough to explain all the main results in the theory, including the twin paradox and energy-mass relation. In this paper, from a four-dimensional space-time perspective, we introduce the concepts of world-line, proper time and four-momentum to our axiomatic system SpecRel+. Then we introduce an axiom of mass (AxMass) and take four-momentum conservation as an axiom (AxCFM) in SpecRel+. It turns out that the twin paradox and energy-mass relation can be derived from SpecRel+ logically. Hence, as an extension of SpecRel, SpecRel+ is a suitable first-order axiomatic system to describe the kinematics and dynamics of special relativity.

    With the aid of symbolic computation Maple, the discrete Ablowitz-Ladik equation is studied via an algebra method, some new rational solutions with four arbitrary parameters are constructed. By analyzing related parameters, the discrete rogue wave solutions with alterable positions and amplitude for the focusing Ablowitz-Ladik equations are derived. Some properties are discussed by graphical analysis, which might be helpful for understanding physical phenomena in optics.

    In this paper, a generalized time fractional nonlinear foam drainage equation is investigated by means of the Lie group analysis method. Based on the Riemann-Liouville derivative, the Lie point symmetries and symmetry reductions of the equation are derived, respectively. Furthermore, conservation laws with two kinds of independent variables of the equation are performed by making use of the nonlinear self-adjointness method.

    Using ladder operators for the non-linear oscillator with position-dependent effective mass, realization of the dynamic group SU(1,1) is presented. Keeping in view the algebraic structure of the non-linear oscillator, coherent states are constructed using Barut-Girardello formalism and their basic properties are discussed. Furthermore, the statistical properties of these states are investigated by means of Mandel parameter and second order correlation function. Moreover, it is shown that in the harmonic limit, all the results obtained for the non-linear oscillator with spatially varying mass reduce to corresponding results of the linear oscillator with constant mass.

    By using the supersymmetric quantum mechanics and shape invariance concept, we study the Dirac equation with the hyperbolic Scarf potential and the exact energy spectrum is obtained. Also, we calculate the bound state energy eigenvalues by using the supersymmetric WKB approximation approach so that we get the same results.

    We consider the ground-state properties of a rotating spin-orbit-coupled Bose-Einstein condensate under extreme elongation in a harmonic plus quartic potential. The effects of spin-orbit coupling and rotation on the ground-state vortex structures are investigated. In the absence of spin-orbit coupling, new nucleated vortices gradually form vortex lines and annular vortex structures with the increase of the rotation frequency. In the presence of spin-orbit coupling, part of the vortices arrange in a line and form a stable vortex chain, and the remanent vortices coexist in pairs aside such vortex chain. More specially, the remanent vortices of each component repel each other and form vortex pair for isotropic spin-orbit coupling, while attract each other and locate in the same positions for anisotropic spin-orbit coupling.

    A new modified model of nonlinear arcsin-electrodynamics with two parameters is proposed and analyzed. We obtain the corrections to the Coulomb law. The effect of vacuum birefringence takes place when the external constant magnetic field is present. We calculate indices of refraction for two perpendicular polarizations of electromagnetic waves and estimate bounds on the parameter γ from the BMV and PVLAS experiments. It is shown that the electric field of a point-like charge is finite at the origin. We calculate the finite static electric energy of point-like particles and demonstrate that the electron mass can have the pure electromagnetic nature. The symmetrical Belinfante energy-momentum tensor and dilatation current are found. We show that the dilatation symmetry and dual symmetry are broken in the model suggested. We have investigated the gauge covariant quantization of the nonlinear electrodynamics fields as well as the gauge fixing approach based on Dirac's brackets.

    This paper presents a spatial domain quantum watermarking scheme. For a quantum watermarking scheme, a feasible quantum circuit is a key to achieve it. This paper gives a feasible quantum circuit for the presented scheme. In order to give the quantum circuit, a new quantum multi-control rotation gate, which can be achieved with quantum basic gates, is designed. With this quantum circuit, our scheme can arbitrarily control the embedding position of watermark images on carrier images with the aid of auxiliary qubits. Besides reversely acting the given quantum circuit, the paper gives another watermark extracting algorithm based on quantum measurements. Moreover, this paper also gives a new quantum image scrambling method and its quantum circuit. Differ from other quantum watermarking schemes, all given quantum circuits can be implemented with basic quantum gates. Moreover, the scheme is a spatial domain watermarking scheme, and is not based on any transform algorithm on quantum images. Meanwhile, it can make sure the watermark be secure even though the watermark has been found. With the given quantum circuit, this paper implements simulation experiments for the presented scheme. The experimental result shows that the scheme does well in the visual quality and the embedding capacity.

    It is well known that Hawking radiation can be treated as a quantum tunneling process of particles from the event horizon of black hole. In this paper, we attempt to apply the massive vector bosons tunneling method to study the Hawking radiation from the non-rotating and rotating dilaton black holes. Starting with the Proca field equation that govern the dynamics of massive vector bosons, we derive the tunneling probabilities and radiation spectrums of the emitted vector bosons from the static spherical symmetric dilatonic black hole, the rotating Kaluza-Klein black hole, and the rotating Kerr-Sen black hole. Comparing the results with the blackbody spectrum, we satisfactorily reproduce the Hawking temperatures of these dilaton black holes, which are consistent with the previous results in the literature.

    A consistent tanh expansion (CTE) method is used to study the modified Boussinesq equation. It is proved that the modified Boussinesq equation is CTE solvable. The soliton-cnoidal periodic wave is explicitly given by a nonanto-BT theorem. Furthermore, the nonlocal symmetry for the modified Boussinesq equation is obtained by the Painlevé analysis. The nonlocal symmetry is localized to the Lie point symmetry by introducing one auxiliary dependent variable. The finite symmetry transformation related with the nonlocal symemtry is obtained by solving the initial value problem of the prolonged systems. Thanks to the localization process, many interaction solutions among solitons and other complicated waves are computed through similarity reductions. Some special concrete soliton-cnoidal wave interaction behaviors are studied both in analytical and graphical ways.

    New physics field content in the nature, more specifically, from spin-1 resonances sourced by the extension of the SM local gauge symmetry to the larger local group SU(2)L ⊗ SU(2)R U(1)B-L, may induce CP-violation signalling NP effects from higher energy regimes. In this work we completely list and study all the CP-violating operators up to the p4-order in the Lagrangian expansion, for a non-linear left-right electroweak chiral context and coupled to a light dynamical Higgs. Heavy right handed fields can be integrated out from the physical spectrum, inducing thus a physical impact in the effective gauge couplings, fermionic electric dipole moment, and CP-violation in the decay h→ ZZ* → 4l that are briefly analysed. The final relevant set of effective operators have also been identified at low energies.

    We present analytical method to calculate single particle matrix elements used in atomic and nuclear physics. We show seven different formulas of matrix elements of the operator f(r)drm where f(r) = rμ, rμ jJ (qr), V (r) corresponding to the Gaussian and the Yukawa potentials used in nuclear shell models and nuclear structure. In addition, we take into account a general integral formula of the matrix element <n'l'|f(r) d r(m) |n l> that covers all seven matrix elements obtained analytically.

    An isoratio method is proposed to study the chemical potential of neutrons (protons) from the yield ratio of isotopes (isotones) differing in neutron-excess (I = N-Z). The measured fragments in the 140 A MeV40,48 Ca and 58,64 Ni + 9 Be reactions, as well as those in the simulated 58,64 Ni + 9Be reactions by using the antisymmetric molecular dynamics (AMD) model plus the secondary decay model gemini, have been adopted to perform the isoratio analysis. The results of the isoratio method verify that they are similar to that of the well known isoscaling method. The isoratio scaling phenomenon suggested by the isoratio method has also been found in the measured data and the fragments simulated by the AMD + gemini models.

    An isoratio method, i.e., the isotopic (isotonic) ratio among three isotopes (isotones), is proposed to study the free energy and temperature effects in the intermediate mass fragments produced in heavy-ion collisions. The parameterizations for the free energy of nucleus at low temperature, which have been proposed in the framework of the density functional theory using the SKM skymre interaction, are adopted to calculate the temperature-dependent free energy of fragment. By analyzing the measured yields of fragments in the 140A MeV 58,64Ni + 9Be reactions, it is verified that the free energy in the isoratio is almost the same for different reactions. A temperature-dependent pairing-energy is introduced into the parameterizations for free energy, which reveals that the weakened pairing energy at the low temperature accounts for the weakened or disappearing odd-even staggering in isoratio.

    A scheme for switching of the optical bistability (OB) and multi-stability (OM) in a dielectric slab doped with a three-level ladder-configuration n-doped semiconductor quantum well is simulated. It is shown that the bistable behavior of the system in dielectric slab can be controlled via amplitude or relative phase of applied fields. This optical system may provide some new possibilities for test the switching process.

    The present study is carried out to see the thermal-diffusion (Dufour) and diffusion-thermo (Soret) effects on the mixed convection boundary layer flow of viscoelastic nanofluid flow over a vertical stretching surface in a porous medium. Optimal homotopy analysis method (OHAM) is best candidate to handle highly nonlinear system of differ-ential equations obtained from boundary layer partial differential equations via appropriate transformations. Graphical illustrations depicting different physical arising parameters against velocity, temperature and concentration distributions with required discussion have also been added. Numerically calculated values of skin friction coefficient, local Nusselt and Sherwood numbers are given in the form of table and well argued. It is found that nanofluid velocity increases with increase in mixed convective and viscoelastic parameters but it decreases with the increasing values of porosity parameter. Also, it is observed that Dufour number has opposite behavior on temperature and concentration profiles.

    In present paper, the non-equilibrium Green function (NEGF) method along with the density functional theory (DFT) are used to investigate the effect of width on transport and electronic properties of armchair graphyne (γ-graphyne) nanoribbons. The results show that all the studied nanoribbons are semiconductor and their band gaps decrease as the widths of nanoribbons increase, which will result in increasing current at a certain voltage. Also our results show the promising application of armchair graphyne nanoribbons in nano-electrical devices.

    In this assignment we will present a reconstruction scheme between f(R) gravity with ordinary and entropy corrected (m, n)-type holographic dark energy. The correspondence is established and expressions for the reconstructed f(R) models are determined. To study the evolution of the reconstructed models plots are generated. The stability of the calculated models are also investigated using the squared speed of sound in the background of the reconstructed gravities.
