EFFECTS OF PLASMA TEMPERATURE AND DEWSITY DISTRIBUTION IN TOKAMAK ON RELATIVISTIC ELECTROMAGNETIC INSTABILITIES

Abstract

In this paper, we study the effects of the distribution of the temperature and the density on the felativistic electromagne- tic instabilities in tre magnetized plasma. The results show that unlike the case with uniform temperature and density, in addition to the electrostatic-longitudinal wave and the circu-1ar1y polarized wave, there occur two new coupling relations. Otherwise, the growth rate and the criterion of the electromagne-tic instability are obtained.
