Since $[{H}_{R},{ \mathcal P }]\ne 0$ where ${ \mathcal P }\equiv {\gamma }^{0}$ as the spatial inversion operator, the inversion asymmetry from Rashba coupling is shown for $m\ne 0$ where the spin of the particle removes the degeneracy of the energy spectrum.
