Fast and high-fidelity generation of photonic Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger states in circuit QED

Figure 2. (a) Schematic and (b) circuit model of our designed circuit QED device to generate photonic GHZ states. Qutrits are transmons consisting of three islands. Every qutrit is coupled with a coplanar waveguide resonator. Two tunable Josephson junctions are used to couple qutrit 1 and qutrit 2, qutrit 2 and qutrit 3, respectively. The single qutrit state can be controlled by additional circuits (not shown in figure).
